Easy and convenient to use! I add to am coffee and nightly water! I live in hit climate and while out in heat I add to water as well! I like the taste! It’s mild and refreshing! Easy to use, no taste to mess with my coffee!

Just a tsp. or 2 every morning in my coffee, keeps me cramp-free all day & night.

It took awhile before it kicked in. I tried all kinds of ways to take this and they were all lousy tasting. So I went for broke and threw the 1/2 teaspoon down my throat, momentarily winced and chugg-a-lugged a bottle of water until the taste went away. It didn't take long. I highly recommend room temperature water. Cold water kept the taste in my mouth. I tried at first putting it in some water and drinking it that way. Blech. I tried putting it in some water with lemon. Blech. I tried putting it in some water with lemon and a sweetner. That was disgusting. So now I just take a half teaspoon of it and immediately drink some water. It seems to help me sleep better but it gives me more BMs than I used to have. I don't mind though due to knowing I'm getting my magnesium. Thanks keto chow.

Works great!

No bad taste can put it into any drink

I've used this product for a while and like it. My problem is with receiving damaged goods with no recourse since it is a no return product. This is supposed to be transferred to the smaller bottle so drops can be used. This broken lid affects the storage, longevity and usability of this product.

The product is good, however bottling, for some reason as you use the drops the bottle leaks. I've taken to using a syringe
