Hi I wear a 7 1/2 and I purchased the size 7. I did have to put bandaids on both big toes and one pinky toe for awhile until the shoe stretched a bit. I just recently purchased another pair in the white. If it comes in half sizes I would try the 6 1/2. I went with the size 7 based on a lot of the reviews. Good luck
