You do need to use a part of the old hose to connect to ac unit but other than that it fits perfectly. Always make sure to measure the old hose or the hole on the ac unit to make sure you are ordering the right hose kit

Used this kit for our DeLonghi Pinguino AC unit Model: PAC EM375WRC-6AL LG and it worked great, only thing not included in the kit is the part that connects the hose to the unit itself, it was an easy fix using some aluminum foil tape from Home Depot to attach it. The window panels were great, we installed vertically (4 ft tall window) and sealed with some aluminum tape in the gaps.

Fit the window well and was a great replacement for the original pieces! So glad to have the option to order the pieces instead of replacing the entire unit.

Minimum width of two panels together is well less than 29" so it will fit any window out there and can go really wide, but I cared more about the minimum width for smaller windows to minimize leak area potential compared to using a bigger window. The hose terminal threads onto typical 5.9" hoses no problem and clicks in. Don't try to re-use your original connections, just use the hose and the rest is in the kit.

The parts that came seem okay, but can’t install it because connector parts are not included. So I can’t to do anything with what I received.

Okay so you can make do but it would be a pain in the butt and not worth your money. First the panels I received can not be screwed together as the panels that should be screwed do not fit together. So you would have to tape each piece (moving or duct) in order to place it on your window.Second thing the hose does not fit into either hole placement. This means it’s not hooking or sliding in and staying in place this forcing you to tape things together once again. However even with tape it will not stay in place because again it doesn’t fit. If you extend all the way out the hose Will definitely not stay in place . So you have to bunch it and then tape it. Again not worth the money and I’ll be returning it as I don’t want to have to keep pushing the hose back into place

Got this for a De'Longhi Pinguino and it worked perfect. I used the attachment bracket for the Pinguino I had already but the hose and the window vent to a Side sliding window worked prefect
