These are are very helpful for someone who sweats a lot and probably drinks too much in the heat. I have taken them for rehydration purposes and I think they work better than those Hydration packets you add to water, though it is also important to take this in conjuction with drinking plenty of water in order to stay hydrated. They don't have a taste, which is nice. I sometimes take two just to keep my hydration honest, but I am not sure if that helps. I have yet to see any side effects other than having fewer cramps, especially in the middle of the night! I will buy again, and most likely pop them all summer long, next year.

This product works for me. I've had leg cramps at times that would wake me up from sleep and this eliminates them. It also helps when you are very active working your muscles.

My son uses this daily before working out and states that he loves it feels like it reduces muscle fatigue. He was also going through a growth spurt that was causing some light headedness and fainting. He started hydrating, working out, eating better, and using this and he's felt so much better and has not had any black outs. This is a quality product I will continue to purchase.

Excellent product, works as intended. My husband and I use as needed for electrolyte balance. I am not a fan of Gatorade drinks and alike due to other unnecessary ingredients it contains. This is perfect.

These pills are definitely a lifesaver!! I have Addison's Disease and Hypothyroidism. Some of my symptoms are fatigue, heavy sweating and dehydration. Especially in the summer when the temps are high. I get dehydrated on a daily basis, regardless of how much I drink. If I go outside at all in the high heat, I come back wet all over and my hair especially gets all wet. The first day I took these electrolyte salts I noticed a huge difference. My dehydration headache was gone and my energy level went up. I felt normal!! No more electrolyte drinks for me. These pills are convenient to take and carry with you when you get out and exercise. These are now in my pill box and I take one morning and evening, and during the day if I go out and work in the heat. I can now help with the gardening chores or other yard work! My daughter is a whitewater rafting guide on the Arkansas River. She is outside all day when she guides people down the river. I gave her a supply of these pills to use and to take before and after trips. She came home the first day she tried these and loved them! It's hard for her to drink water when she's on a trip, so she gets back and grabs her water bottle and pops a pill. It's incredibly convenient for her. She also shared a few pills with other raft guides, some with dehydration and some who were recovering from a stomach bug. They all loved them and came back asking for more!! I still had well over half of a bottle left, but I just ordered another bottle for my daughter. And now my dad, who also suffers from autoimmune diseases like me, tried these pills and HE wants a bottle for him. He does a lot of yard work and gets dehydrated very easily. Highly, highly recommend this product. I am a backpacker and (always) got terrible leg cramps after a days hike. Now I am using VALI Electrolyte Pills, and no more cramps..... these really work.

I've used these for years, and they are the best! All the electrolytes you need with none of the fake food coloring and flavors you don't. Get them!

Bought this to help with recovery after long runs, but honestly there is no difference for me. I do not take this daily though.
