The way of explanation is very good. Introduces all the concepts from almost scratch and also explains different mathematical concepts required for each Topic. Topics are divided into foci which makes it very easy to navigate through the book. This book has enormously helped me to understand Physical Chemistry.

Albeit a great text book, content seems to be diluted to a very high extent making it perfect for students approaching the respective ideas for the first time, the amount of actual mathematical description was not up to my expectation. The print quality is good and is on glossy oil paper. The author has taken minute steps to ensure that the diagram meanings are conveyed even through black and white diagrams. A few pardon able typos also spotted.
