If you’re unfamiliar with L-Carnatine here are a few key points to take note of before buying. This is not an energy supplement. This acts more like a thermogenic that raises your core body temperature more rapidly as you workout. I’m a big guy, 6’1”, 280lbs and I only half scoop this since it’s almost a lil too effective with a full one. There isn’t much of a taste despite the slight fishy smell. If it bothers you mix it with pre or anything with flavor and you won’t even notice. I find slight discomfort in my stomach when I take a full scoop, but it’s trivial considering the amount that I’m sweating. Definitely recommend to those that are trying to cut weight.

I can honestly say this helped me surpress my appetite. I noticed it immediately! I took it for weeks and stopped last week just to test it out and my strong appetite for snacks came back. This has been a great find for me! I will say it does cause a bad body odor, so I try to limit how much I take but feel the benefits outweigh the bad smell.

This is my go to. I have it every morning. I just wish the price was a little lower.

I absolutely love this product. Together with a pre-work out it absolutely amazing. I use it every morning before I start my 12hr work day. I will recommend it to everyone. It does what it says It should do. It does help with muscle building, I am 5 3’ and my size is small but my weight is a shocking 170 pounds. I only wish Amazon had the 60 serving size. Thank you Amazon I’m great full anyway.

I lost 10 lb in 3 weeks but for sure you need to combine this with a good diet , im. Not talking about salad. Eat clean and do exercise at lest 3 times a week. Cardio its very important 30 minutes and your good. Chicken amd greens . Stip the sugars no sodas no juices. Im not on a extrict diet at all im still eating cake and pizza . You can control your self you can doit.

If you workout or do cardio fasted in the morning, be warned, even though this is considered "flavorless" its very bitter. It almost reminds me of an unsweetened lemonade. I suppose they bank on most people mixing with some kind of beverage or preworkout. I usually mix it with water in a small glass and chug it. Also, it smells fishy (reminds me of fish food) when you open the container. This might be a no-go for some. I would have given this 2 stars but I'm a firm believer in L-Carnitine as a fat loss aid and as a powder form, I like the quick absorption. Don't use this thinking its going to be a miracle solution but should be used as a tool along side a solid diet and workout plan. Moving forward I'll probably just buy the pills.
