Great product for an amazing price!!!
Hopefully whoever reads this review will get the opportunity to buy this mixer at or around the price i paid for it because it was a fraction of the cost of other mixers produced from lower quality brand names. I'm using mine for mixing tattoo inks and let me tell you what.... this little mixer has saved my triceps from having to do all the work of mixing up ink, i used to shake ink until my arm was burning and fatigued, but i just had to work through it, well not anymore thanks to this little guy. This is the second mixer I've purchased, the first one was a generic mixer that ran at 1000rpms and I'm way happier with the 3000rpms of this machine. Ink seems to mix more efficiently, be it the lower RPM's or different brands I'm not sure, but you can remove the silicone top cover and the little plastic cap thats in the cover where I decieded to use a very small but strong flat and round neodymium magnet that I assume helps move the ball bearings used in ink bottles. (Yes I know not all of the steel balls added to ink bottles are ferrous, but the ones I add to my grey-wash are) It doesnt seem to affect the machines performance seeing as how its very light... But I'm not gonna mention that to Vevor lol

Worth It.
I use this to mix paints for miniatures. Typically Citadel paints. Sometimes, paints separate heavily over long periods of time. This saves a lot of time and energy otherwise spent shaking the bottle back and forth. I find it is especially effective for mixing separated metallic paints. It's also pretty small. Smaller than the pictures make it seem. It's easy to put on my desk, even if the desk is crowded.I notice other people say it doesn't work. If it doesn't work, your paint is either beyond saving or you aren't keeping it on the mixer long enough. Some people say it takes a while. For some paints it does. But shaking a bottle for 4 minutes straight is awful, and just keeping your finger on the bottom of the upside-down paint bottle for 4 minutes while you watch YouTube is nothing. And, based on my side-to-side comparison, the result is a smoother and more homogenous result when using the Vortex than by vigorous hand-shaking.I wondered when I bought this if I was buying something stupid.I'm glad I got it. And if you spend more than 2 minutes of your week shaking paints, you should too.

Not meant for multipurpose use
Quality is fine. Value for the money. Pigment quality ok.

Shakes my paint pretty quick
I was originally looking at the 4 E's 5600rpm shaker or the Vevor 6000rpm paint shakers. This particular one came up on sale and I figured it had to do better than my cheap nail polish shaker, right? Oh yeah, it has! This thing shakes my Citadel, Army Painter, Vallejo, and Scale 75 paints FAST! Then I tried putting some shaker balls in the bottles.....color me impressed! The only ones I have problems with are the ink bottles with the rubber dropper tops. Once you find the right place to hold them though it makes short work of even the ones you haven't used in a good year or more lol

The latex rubber top is not meant for high stress
The rubber too where the bottle goes to be mixed is incredibly cheap and not made to handle high stress like this…. I just received my unit today and have used it on 20 or so bottles and i’m already seeing that the latex rubber is starting to wear and degrade. This was clearly a cheap Chinese knockoff of a real product. I do not recommend it.
