Women Solid Color Cover Up V Neck Batwing Sleeve Plus Size Beach Kaftan Dresses

I love this Kaftan because of its softness (silky like), its flowiness and very nice movement. Plus its versatility as it could be dressed down or up per occasion! It is not sheer at all and so there is no need to wear a slip underneath. I am usually wear a L, it fit me perfectly and its roominess made it more flowy me. In my opinion, it is loose enough to accommodate even an 2XL The Medallion design on the chest is very chic and adds to its quality look. The V neck is not too deep, but if one finds it so, a camisole can be worn underneath, but I did not need to wear any! I ordered two ( orange, peacock) and both colors are very vibrant with plenty of sheen, which adds its silky look. All in all, it is beautiful, flowy and silky and I loved wearing it to a cruise Formal Evening. I very much recommend it for any occasion. Thankyou

Absolutely gorgeous color and fit. For reference, I wear a US Women’s size 16, and it looks great on me. The fabric is extremely soft. I did have a bit of a problem with the fabric pilling, but, I have a fabric shaver and took care of it. Even with the pilling, it’s so hard to find Kaftans in solid colors that are well made, I think this one is worth it.

January 2025 Update: I now own three of these and am about to click “buy” on a fourth, ha! Despite my skepticism about quality, they actually hold up pretty well to laundering. No issues and still no pilling. I wash on delicate and dry on low heat. The color does lose a bit of vividness over time, but I wouldn’t call it “faded.” Still wouldn’t wear them out of the house/yard, but they are incredibly comfortable. Despite thinking they were originally a little overpriced for the quality, I’ve gotten so many wears out of them that I’ve come around to feeling the price is worth it. I'm 5'7", a size 14 and a 36C bust. This reaches my ankles and the sleeves are about halfway between my wrists and elbows. It's very, very roomy—almost too much—but lightweight so it drapes nicely. The grey color option is true to the website pics (and is not see-through.) I'm two wears into it and haven't yet had the pilling mentioned in other reviews. Not terribly great quality but it's flowy, comfortable and pretty much as pictured. The edges are just serged and not hemmed properly which cheapens it and makes it something I wouldn't wear in public, but that wasn't my intention anyway. This could be easily tailored to add a rolled hem, but I'll probably wait to see how it holds up before I make the effort to do that. The woven detailing at the neckline looks decent from the front but it's just rough-finished on the inside so I have to wonder how it'll hold up over time. I feel it's overpriced for the quality and that'll probably prevent me from ordering a second one. I wouldn't like this as a beach cover-up because the material doesn't really breathe, but your mmv.

Wore in Sharm El Sheik in Egypt and got lots of compliments. Perfect for a beach town, and I dressed up with great shoes and a designer clutch for dinner. Was nice and breezy in the muggy September heat there and very easy for walking around the resort, as a suit coverup, and for a pseudo-fancyish dinner with our hosts. There were a few threads hanging when it arrived, but it was easy to clean up myself. Unfortunately, my doggo ripped with his nails when I wore it at home (dang that thin material that made it such a good fit for hot beach days!).

I really wanted to like this cover-up, but it just did not work for me at all. The fabric felt cheap and had that “crunchy” texture that doesn’t drape nicely. When I put it on, it honestly felt like I was wearing a tent — no shape, no structure, and not flattering. It looked great in the photos, but in person it just didn’t match the quality I expected. I wouldn’t buy this one again.

I really like this and have ordered another. I'm 5"6 and a UK size 14. It is very loose, but the material is light-weight and there is a lot of it, so the flow of the garment does not make you look swamped. Also, the low cut of neck and the detail at the end of the 'v', which adds a slight bit of weight, makes it hang elegantly even if you have a larger bust. It is exactly as it looks in the photos, the colour is beautifully vibrant, and it is of fine quality. I wouldn't say the materials or finish would justify it being formal wear, but it would be great for the beach, around the house and going about your day. You could also absolutely accessorise and dress it up, and wear it out-out.

Such a comfortable yet pretty Kaftan. The color is so vibrant and the material flows nicely. It is much nicer than I even expected. I will be ordering some of the other colors as well. I am a plus size gal and it had lots of room. I would recommend this lovely garment to other women. I enjoy to wear one of the head wraps that I purchased here on Amazon with it. I get lots of compliments and it would be a great outfit to wear to a social gathering or a family get together too. Isobel McKellar
