I love this thing1. This interface has a lot of inputs, I got it so I can route my SP-1200 along with other synths.2. Very low latency. I did a tracking session last night where I was using my push 3 and running my love playing into my Chandler microphone cassettes. I did my takes and was able to adjust my channel strip on the fly to get the tone to fit the mood. I printed the audio and moved through my song arrangement.3. The convertors on this interface are very good. I made the mistake of not setting the preview volume correctly on the push 3 standalone and I boosted 25dB of gain from the Chandler. Oops I hit the red, but the soft clip function saved me during the recording.4. I didn’t try the DuRec yet, but I plan on using this interface like the old BOSS multitracks for capturing my live playing with samplers and synths. This itself is a godsend because you can record your stems from each channel with a good AD front end and the playback on the DA is comparable to their ADI Pro line. I have the ADI pro 2/4 SE as a mastering setup and let me tell you that you will enjoy all your softsynths and VST effects in their best form. The only thing is you will need to read the manual to understand driver setup, but it’s worth it. I got the driver setup and TotalMix setup. I’m very satisfied with this product and am getting ready for my next recording session with it.
