Nail'd It!
I do a lot of work on guitars and swapping/replacing plastics seems to be a constant. I have grown accustomed to having to modify most every pickguard I replace. The after-market parts are usually just sloppy - including some of the manufacturer made stuff. Its not a big deal, mostly a set-back in time and convenience. I am extremely happy to say that this Fender pickguard replacement is amazing!!! Everything is right about it; the fit, the pattern, the look, the ease of install. I got the aged White Moto (aged white pearloid) piece. It is a true Fender part and an exact match to the white Fender pickguard I replaced on my 2019 Fender America Pro Strat. It could not have been easier. I cant speak for Squiers or any other Fender or other brand Strat style guitars, but its a perfect fit on the American Professional. Thank you Fender! Highly recommend.

Well made - Looks great
Fits Squier Strat perfectly. Always check the number of screws on you guitar before ordering a pickguard.

Looks correct, but does it fit?
Ok look. You're probably reading the reviews wondering two things: 1) Will this fit my guitar? 2) Is the mint green color an accurate representation of the aged celluoid pickguards of the 50's & 60's? The color is spot on. It isn't too green at all. In fact, in some lights I can't even really tell if it is off white or green. Now -- Genuine Stratocaster pickguards did change over the years. The general outer outline and pickup locations remained the same. The biggest differences are the screw hole locations. It will still fit any Fender or Squier Stratocaster type guitar without a Floyd Rose locking type tremolo, but you may have to drill some new holes. As for a non Fender Strat-like-object, it probably will but you're just going to have to buy this and hold it up against the old one to find out. Drilling new holes is easy. Put a few screws in the holes that DO line up and use a 1/16” (~1.5mm) drill bit. Attach a piece of tape 1/2” (~13mm) up the bit as a drill stop. If there are holes that are slightly off center, you'll need to fill those holes and redrill. Not as complicated as it sounds. Check YouTube for how to do this. This is a quality made piece, it's a great match for color and the one I received doesn't seem to be counterfeit. Looks like legit Fender.

Fits American Professional Stratocaster
Purchased as a replacement for the stock pickguard assembly on a late 2016 Fender American Professional Stratocaster. Fits perfectly! This is a legitimate Fender product

Very appealing pickguard, but not a direct fit for the Squier Sonic series
This pickguard looks and functions very well, all the holes that were pre-drilled lined up, it was very easy to swap the electronics from my old pickguard to this new one, it seems very sturdy. My only dislikes about this pickguard is 3 holes by the pots were not drilled, but that's easily fixable, and the holes for the pots were a little big, thankfully the washers from my guitar covered the excess. I recommend this product.

Nice genuine Fender 'shell with foil backing
I ordered this replacement Tortoiseshell Fender pickguard to put on my 1991 American Standard Fender Stratocaster. This pickguard is made in USA and is genuine Fender, same as they put on their guitars. It came in a clear, thin, somewhat rigid plastic sleeve that was actually kinda cool in itself, different from the plastic pouches I have seen hanging on the wall at Guitar Center stores, and actually useful for storing the old pickguard I took off of my guitar. The pickguard itself is foil-backed and has a genuine-Fender sticker on the foil backing. The tortoiseshell pattern on the one I received is the traditional, brownish look with bits of orangy-red and yellow swirl. The holes aligned on my '91 American Standard Strat pretty well - not absolutely 100% perfect - only a smidge off on a couple. All of the screws went in all the way just fine, and the pickguard sits perfectly flush on the guitar front and looks great. I'm glad I went with genuine Fender for this part, for the quality of the fit, the nice foil backing, and the traditional brown Tortoise Shell look. It completely changed the look of my Strat, for the better.

You Own A Strat ? You Need This Original Fender Part !!
I bought this Aged White - PG after much thought. I was not sure if white pearloid or aged pearloid would look best. I decided on the aged , and am I glad I did. I have an American Deluxe Strat , that was purchased from Amazon ( review forthcoming ) and the color is Sunset Metallic or #70 on Fenders color code. The shading from candy red to metallic orange and then to the aged white pearl is truly breath taking. I also have the aged white tremolo cover , which was purchased first from the same seller. On both occasions I received my order 2 days ahead of schedule and in perfect condition and they are branded Original Fender Parts , you are getting the real deal , but paying far less. Below is a link that you can copy and paste to your browser if you would like to see pictures. http://www.strat-talk.com/forum/stratocaster-discussion-forum/338650-look-what-i-have-done-my-strat.html I strongly suggest that you buy your gear from Amazon , I have had nothing but kindness and personal consideration from them , on rare occasions when I needed help. People will tell you , " don't buy music gear from any place other than a music store" , I used to think the same way , but we all evolve into beings of higher intellect. At the end of the day , I can go to bed at night knowing I made the right choice. Sleep well my friends , for tomorrow we MAKE SOME NOISE !! Gary

Fits the Player II Strat and looks good
First of all, yes, this fits the Player II Strat. Just bought a brand new 3-tone sunburst and the combination is amazing. Great pickguard, I went with Fender since I wanted to be sure it fit and looked decent. It did not disappoint. Also got the matching trem cover, but it won't arrive for another week or so.

I would always recommend to anyone to use only Fender genuine parts. The holes are always on the same spot and pickguard is covering the same area.

The first one I got was bent like a banana, but the second one came through very quickly with out any problems and was fine. The quality is very good and please note these are 4 ply not 3 ply as stated and come with a silver foil sheilding on the back, getting the same colour back plates is not so easy and are nearly the same price as the scratch plate. These scratch plates really do make a difference to the look of the guitar.
