Bought the shower diverter everything works well the company is very easy to work with and very eager to please I had a small problem with the diverter immediately they sent out a new diverter and face plate. The product is solid heavy and looks great

**UPDATE** I'm very impressed with HOMEDEC customer service. They responded within 24 hours of my original review and offered to cover full cost of replacement unit. Excellent communication and willingness to make the transaction right. Would definitely purchase again given how well they support their product. Review: Valve looks great in shower and plumber said it was easy to install. Worked well for about 10-11 months and then one of the check valves failed. As some reviews have noted, the temperature mixture began losing hot water and would only get warm. Plumber said it could be the thermostatic cartridge as well, but that those should last significantly longer than 1 year. Homedec does sell a replacement valve & cartridge set for $70, but even with fastest ship time we're without a shower for min 7-10 days. Can't just drive to Home Deport or Lowes. Unfortunately had to purchase a whole new unit to get 2 day shipping.

Beware. Horrible customer service and cheap parts. After about a week the unit started leaking at the shower head. Every 6 hours it would start. I contacted customer service and they never responded. It’s still leaking. Everything is off and then randomly the shower head will just start leaking. I’m waiting for a plumber to replace the entire valve which is costly and I have to tear out tile. Beware of these Chinese valves

Très bonne qualité de fabriquaient. Installation simple.

This unit can do things many cannot. Niche product that is stylish. If appropriate plumbing can really fulfil a unique need and not have custom parts of a custom expensive rain-fall shower etc. Also amazing packaging and protection Cons: face plate is not held by screws and a gasket, you will need to silicone the face plate after tile and install to keep water out. Not horrible, but harder to do maintenance. Could be solved with some screws, or another attachment method of face-plate, but that would change aesthetics, so its a balance. It is what it is, and likely an educated decision on their end HOWEVER - beware on install. My product had warped, the face plate holes did NOT line up with the valves. I reached out to the company with no response, bought another, and returned the defective unit. These still warp when screwed in, so the holes on the face plate can scratch the valves. We were 1/16th to 1/32 off and had to use shims to line it all up. This was by a professional plumber + my general contractor, not a DIY... Cost an extra $200 in labor to re-install the new one to assure it all fit I will add photos when I can. Still like the product, but beware the potential downfalls
