Needed new battery
I don't know if the battery it came with was dead or the wrong type, but after replacing with a fresh one it worked perfectly.

Good remote. Good price
This is the remote for my Harmon Kardin tv speaker and sub. My last on got wet. The fact that I can go to Amazon and get a replacement makes it so easy. Remote works perfectly.

Try a CR2032 battery
It wasnt working with the provided battery. Tried a CR2032 battery, it fit and the remote works as intended now
