Don't waste your money!
These arm cuffs are impossible to put on without assistance. It's next to impossible to get them tight enough. By the end of my 3 mile walk (that's right, a walk, I'm not even running) the cuffs have slid from my biceps down to my wrist. They're not going to trim your arms if they don't stay in place. Buyer beware!
