Delicious but contains sugar
I’m by no means a bitters expert, but I don’t think bitters are supposed to contain sugar. That’s why they’re “bitters” and not “sugars”. I started off with locally buying the Bolivar (one of the three added to make Trinity), which is great and has no sugar. Flipping through the ads here on Amazon, I didn’t find any real nutritional information (e.g., ingredients list) for Bittercube bitters, and my brief spin through Bittercube’s website also was unrewarding. My opinion is that if you’re going to market artisanal bitters that contain sugar in this health-conscious era, that information should be upfront and not something the customer learns only upon receiving the bottle. But does it taste good? Heck yeah it does. It’s fantastic. I would have given it five stars if they had included the nutritional information upfront (except that I probably would have not bought it, knowing it has sugar and Bolivar does not).

Great Bitters - Not sure about this purchase
I got my bitters today, but was disappointed after opening the significant amount of bubble wrap on the package that the cap was broken and there was no safety seal plastic or sticker to provide assurance this bottle was new. Not sure if Bitter Cube normally has those, but the broken cap loosened and spilled bitters all over inside the bubble wrap. I honestly can't see how the cap would have broken inside all that packaging and cardboard box it was sent in (honestly it was hard to open) so I'm left wondering if it was broken from the start. As for the Trinity bitters itself, the flavor profile is amazing. This would be my 3rd bottle. Great in coffee too as well as the adult beverage realm.

Best Orange bitters!
Have enjoyed all of the Bittercube bitters I have used, but by far one of the best Orange Bitters I have used. Great it a full range of cocktails - can add a bit of something thing even a simple Gin&Tonic. Can add a good amount of this to an Old Fashioned in addition to a more traditional aromatic bitters to give a layer of citrus flavor along with the spice of something else.

A bit overpriced in my opinion
I also am not sure if I got a defective unit, but it doesn't close all the way, looking at the bottle from the side, the cap is very very minorly tilted so the hole in the top does not lay flush with the cap white material to fully close it. It doesn't appear to be damaged or anything so not sure if this a design flaw. The flavor is underwhelming, it's just like big red gum or something, I get a bit of sweetness and tons of cinnamon, that's about it.

Disappointed
I got really excited when I heard about this. "Cherry Bark Vanilla" sounded like the absolutely perfect complement to a Manhattan. I understand everyone's palate is a little different, but me? I found it overly sweet. Anyway, my wife likes it. But given the large price and small amount, I doubt I'll get it again.

A Well-Crafted Blend of Three Bitters
They took three of their individually-available bitters and combined them into something wonderfully complex that reminds me of chai spices in a delightful way and that makes a really enjoyable old fashioned. Two dashes to one one of bourbon or rye - sweeten to taste with simple syrup made with regular or demerara sugar. Garnish as desired. Perfect every time.

Great Cola Taste!
I use these bitters in dark rum daiquiris in order to make a cocktail that echoes a rum and Coke, and it totally delivers. I highly recommend checking out the recipe in as Sother Teague’s book “I’m Just Here For The Drinks” and trying it out for yourself. I imagine these bitters are great in a Long Island Iced Tea, cherry-based cocktails, and in most carbonated cocktails to give it that cola zing. Definitely give it a shot!
