Item was a perfect fit for my SUV. My gas mileage has been rather bad so I used my OBDII scanner and found that my B2S2 o2 sensor was reporting nearly 0 volts. I swaped it out with this post cat sensor then strated my vehicle and watched the reading for it stay at 0 for about 30 seconds then gradually climb and stay pretty steady. My two pre cat sensors are jumping around quite a bit so I'll swap those out with the pre cat sensor model. The sensor does come with anti seize on the threads.

I bought this for my 2006 Silverado 4.8L & has completely resolved my issues. I had bank 1 issues but I chose to change all four O2 sensors hence my truck has 140k on the original ones. I used to reset the trouble codes and the check engine light would come on asap. Since I’ve changed them it’s been 300miles and no more check engine light. People are skeptical because it’s a AcDelco box with a Denso label on the O2 sensor. I don’t know the explanation for this but my original one was also a denso one original from the production line, I’m the original owner of this truck. I’ve put pictures of the original and New one for comparison. They are exactly identical. If you have any of the following codes in the pictures this will more than likely fix your issue. Best Regards
