These pills are absolutely wonderful and doing and amazing job. So I have only been on these pills for a week and can tell a huge difference. So for starters my blood sugar levels are definitely more balance, usually by 9/10 a.m. I'm extremely hungry, but since I've been taking these pills I noticed that I don't even do breakfast anymore I just wait for my lunch which is at 1:00 p.m. I don't do all the extra munching in between because I'm not nowhere near as hungry as I usually am. On top of that it really does give you energy. I've taken so many different b complex supplements that's supposed to give you energy and does nothing at all but these absolutely do work and they do give you energy. I literally be up at 1:00am in the morning doing cardio exercises.

After a few days of taking this ,I definitely feel a difference in my energy level and I think it has helped my glucose readings come down. Will definitely reorder!

With continued use my gastrointestinal issues have balanced out and have noticed an increase in energy.

Ive done my research to back this up. After a month taking this product I started having severe leg cramps in the night. This being the only thing I had recently changed I searched to see if ACV could cause leg cramps. The answer was a resounding YES! Might lower potassium levels, which can cause muscle cramps. this was from just one article. There are many more out there. Also, if consumed in large amounts over time, it may also weaken bones. This is not a reflection on this brand or manufacturer, but a general caution. I cannot and will not continue taking ACV supplements. Besides that, No, it did not assist in any weight loss that I could tell.

It’s been two days since I have started taking this product, it’s gives me the energy to last the whole day… not bad … quite happy with the product …
