Looking nice, functioning nasty
This looked a good product and was easy to set up with the Fire HD10. However, the touchpad was erratic and unreliable which may it very frustrating to use. Other apps opened and the one being used closed.I returned the product as it was not fit for purpose.

Not worth your money
Looks cute but not worth the money. Touchpad is useless, you can swirl the cursor around but that's the only thing it does, you can't click/right click or drag the mouse. I ordered this when it was on offer and I still wouldn't reccomend buying.

Ready to use, fully loaded including Office suite.
Easy to set up. Must buy SD card for more storage. I bought one terabyte sd but later found out 256 gig limitation (not well advertised). Comes with a lot of Apps. Ms Office was a pleasant surprise. Works well with Zoom. Have one annoying error message every time I turn it on saying sd card not available but sd card is inserted and working ok. Other caveat that’s well advertised is the constraints of being limited to Amazon App Store and having to go through oops to install other popular apps especially for IPTV use. Overall great for the price.

Not worth the money
Bluetooth is spotty , key board has big spaces around the keys , battery life is not great and the case has no support and is flimsy .

Would not pay the asking price!
I ordered for a brand new keyboard and case for my fire hd 10 tablet, what I got, a used case, taped box and worst of all, the keyboard has signed it was dropped, scratches and smudges from the previous owner!Not expecting such a merchandise from Amazon. It just unbelievable!Will return and will ask for refund! Would not even think of a replacement. Not worth the money!
