Quality needles
Great product for the price point. Dose what I need it to with half of the price of the other big named brand needles. No issue with breaking. I use them on multiple types of faux leather and have yet to have an issue with them. Will be purchasing again.

Solved my problems with sewing leather straps
Before I used these leather needles, my machine kept skipping stitches while I sewed leather straps onto a quilted tote bag. These needles, plus increasing the stitch length resolved the issue. Highly recommend if you keep ruining leather!

Schmetz is a name I trust
These leather needles work great for vinyl. I had many problems with the singer branded needles, bending and breaking, but the Schmetz is perfect, never an issue.

Good!
Nice needles. Wee bit on the high side but for specialty needles is ok. I think that if your doing a great deal of leather work, maybe the price per each could come down if they were available in a higher count package? With these and a few other tricks on my Janome machine, I can sew light to med light leather, without a great deal of issues. You may have to turn your sewing machine wheel by hand to get the party started but after that.. worked very good.

If you don’t have them already...’Why Not?!?’
In our antique furniture restoration shop I am very careful what needles I use in my $11,000 industrial sewing machines. No matter what machine you use, good needles produce good stitching. Conversely, cheap junk needles can ruin a $600 piece of leather, sheer off and hit your eye or bend and plunge sideways through your finger leaving a ragged stitch. (The answer is “yes” to all three. eduction is expensive and sometimes painful). These are good quality, last for weeks of hard use before delaminating and glide smooth snug stitches every time with minimal lubrication in the leather. I tried them on my book binding press and they aren’t quite made for that kind of abuse. But they’re not really meant for that...at all...I wholeheartedly recommend these needles for heavy Leatherworkers, upholstery, saddle making and fur-on leather products (but that takes a custom purpose built machine). They were fairly priced, high quality and arrived in timely fashion. I can highly recommend this seller. You may save a nickel from another seller but you won’t get this level of service. And if your time and finished product pays the bills, customer service is EVERYTHING.

Works like a charm
Works like a charm. Have been stitching leather and vinyl together with ease.It may get somewhat tough when the leather is lying on the dog of your sewing machine. Doesn't move a s nicely. But this is another story, needles work perfect and fit my cheap brother nicely.

Success making doggie poop bag holder for my leash!
I used these fantastic needles to make a doggie poop bag holder out of some scrap leather I had. In combination with a non-stick foot, they worked great! I had no issue with sticking or breaking and my project turned out perfectly.
