This Diag tool is amazing! It did everything i needed it to do. It even did an automatic update and gave me a free one-year subscription. The software speed is amazing as well. Highly recommend to anyone who has a shop or does on road service. Plus, the Bluetooth.

After obtaining the Autel, register the product, it tells you that it needs to be updated. The process was done but once finished it does not work. Diagnostics

We have been a long-time Autel diagnostics device user. It was time for an update and we ended up with this one. Over the years we did not have any issues at all. It does all the special functions that are required with German cars. Service, oil, and reminder resets are a breeze. Easy to use interface helps our techs to be quick. This tool is faster than our previous one. If we need to get another tool cause one is not enough, we would get the same thing.

First, I want to say one good point that doesn’t often get mentioned in reviews, recently, I had an experience with their customer support that deserves some praise. When working on automotive repairs, one can occasionally encounter tricky issues. Even-though I could diagnose which part of the vehicle had a problem using the device, I couldn’t resolve the issue even after replacing the problematic component and re-matching the ECU. I reached out to the seller for advice on the repair. The technical support team responded promptly and genuinely helped me solve a persistent problem. Such rapid response and professional support deserves a big thumbs up, and I’m extremely satisfied with their assistance. I also want to mention their free 2-year upgrade policy. Compared to other brands that offer only 1-year upgrade, it ensures that my equipment stays up-to-date with the latest features and performance enhancements. It’s a cost-effective product, and I plan to continue using it while providing ongoing feedback about my feel.

I have used this scanner from a friend of mine and I was very happy with the performance and support, so I decided to purchase my own. So far, everything is good and I especially like function tests and programmable ability of the scanner. I would recommend this scanner for first time buyers.

Bought this because I had a BMW x3 that failed programming on ISTA+. EGS gearbox and HU head unit modules failed to program and the vehicle was inoperative afterwards. As advertised it was able to program both those modules individually and then sync the whole system back to working operation. I am however, disappointed in the quality of this flimsy plastic case android tablet for the price payed I would expect much better and in an automotive repair shop environment great care is gonna be needed with this tool. In the description, it says there is two years free updates however according to this tools update page I will need to pay $1600 US in order to update it in 2026 that is extremely disappointing. Also as advertised the Motor Truespeed (diagnostic information, wiring, diagrams, etc. etc.)option is available on the scan tool however it will cost you an additional US$700. There is no free trial or free year. Also very disappointing. Ultimately, I was in a jam trying to get a customers vehicle fixed and this helped me do it when the BMW software failed but for $3700 Canadian and the flimsiness of the product I’m not sure I would recommend buying this.
