MS3C-300WC-X Battery Operated Stair Trolley for Wheelchairs, Stair Assist, Weight Capacity 350lbs

I live in a two story home where the outdoor stairs to our front door is 10 steps.Being frank, this is not for the elderly or smaller people that’ll be operating the machine.My mother fluctuates in weight, but around 180-220. Her wheelchair is roughly 20 pounds. We need three people to safely operate the machine. One to operate the machine and two on the sides stabilizing, preventing any rocking side to side and offering assistance in pushing the machine backwards so the tracks are against the stairs.Otherwise, I love the machine. It’s heavy and you’ll need to accommodate the weight of the one you need to use it for and the weight of their wheelchair.The company messaged me before processing my payment to ensure the machine would work out for our needs which I appreciate and shows good character.I have no complaints and have been told by Kaiser, that they use a similar item for evacuations.

The shipping time for this was insane I waited almost 6 weeks for it just because amazon says x delivery date just remember the shipper can change that so what should have been a few weeks turned in to a longer than expected wait for me. All that said the product was worth it in the end. With a little practice and a few "dry runs" with an empty chair installed in the unit the process was quick simple and easy a few tries with a non disabled person in the chair and we were all feeling like pros with it. Battery last a long time and charges fairly quick

We purchased the stair lift trolley and received it. When we opened the crate, one of the plastic caps on the adjustable side bar was broken in pieces inside the box. I contacted MS3C to ask them if they could send a replacement part. It is a very simple fix/replacement part but after texting several times and contacting them also several times and even though I was told they would take care of the issue, they never did. I ended up searching on Amazon for a suitable replacement part and finally found one after several months of waiting for MS3C to respond. So the trolley works great and we are happy with it, however, I can’t say any positive things about the company.

Training is needed to use this piece of equipment. I mean professional training. I am 55, 137 lbs. There is no way I could SAFELY get my 230 lb. 5'6" husband down or up the stairs. Also when adjusting the clips to fit the wheelchair part of it fell into the throlley. There isn't a way to get it out!I called the company, they have me some instructions on how to use the trolley. However, it still was not safe when I tried it on our daughter who is 5'6" at 1 35 lbs. I could not return the trolley because I did not have the crate.Please do not buy this! Professional training is needed. You also need to be very strong!I have a written review on this trolley about 6 to 9 months ago. It is not here. I hope this one stays on Amazon or I am going to call amazon.

This is a year use of the lift and it’s amazing…. I am 45 and my daughter is 23 and weighs 126 lbs and at her heaviest 150 lbs. I have used this loft everyday and on appointments. Once on the stairs this lift supports very well. You do have to use upper body strength to make sure you tilt the lift backwards on the stairs but other than that once you press up or down the lifts works amazing.

This is a great company they called me to make sure the lift was the right one for us. My son had a very serious accident and broke his pelvis in several spots and this lift works amazing up and down the stairs.

The company alled me in advance to make sure this would work for me. I appreciate their customer care. This product would not work in my house because there is not enough space. But, the representative spent time with me trying to problem solve. I feel this is a very good company
