I exceed the time it shows on the bottle to leave in my hair
I use Brazilian blowout in my hair, and when it’s mask day this Batanic hearth Keratin hair mask does wonders to my hair leaving it super smooth, soft and healthy. I highly recommend using the day before you straighten your hair if you’re looking for amazing results.

Cheap new packaging!! Go back to the old!!
I've used this product for a very long time. This time, they've changed their packaging, and it's as cheap and as horrible as you can imagine! My shower was awful. I was washing my hair for the first time after getting it bleached, so absolutely needed the conditioning power of this amazing product. I tried to take off the lid, and it was absolutely glued on. I tried everything - smacking it to loosen it, using a washcloth to grip it... Nothing. Finally I had to run across the house naked and wet to get a knife and pry it off, which, since it was glued shut, caused product to go all over my dining room and myself. Needless to say, I will never buy this again, unless they fix their packaging. Very much too bad because it WAS such a great product!
