At first, I was concerned at the small size/number of pages in each chapter. However, as soon as I began studying the text, I began to recognize and appreciate the invaluable details provided. After carefully studying this text and the companion book, Leading Successful PMOs, I have been able to propose a viable PMO structure for a client who is enthusiastic about getting this process done right the first time.

I enjoyed the focused and to the point writing style. There were a couple of examples, but didn’t over due the content with justification. It was almost as if it were just stating facts. Loved the approach. I would given it 5 stars if it were just a touch cheaper. Or maybe I’m cheap. Could be both. Either way I would recommend it to others.
