I have no idea how it tasted, or how thick it was, etc. When I got it, don't know who's fault it was, but it was destroyed. So I thought, ok I'll just press back together. I started finding this weird white plastic. Then I looked at the top and it was destroyed and the white plastic was all thru the grahams. Needlesstosay, I threw it away. Amazon refunded my money. If you want a gluten free pie crust, get the BOX of gluten free graham cracker crumbs, use butter and sugar, and make your own crust. I have the recipe or you can find it online.

Gluten free graham crackers are really expensive so making a GF graham cracker crust would cost 3-4 times as much as buying this one ready made. And anyway, this is delicious, so why bother going to the effort? Plus you can wash the plastic lid, flip it over and use it to cover your finished pie for easy transport. Just made a yummy coconut pie with it. 7 ounce package of coconut 3.4 Oz package of instant vanilla pudding 1 13.66 oz can coconut milk Whisk together coconut milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Reserve 1/3 cup coconut flakes and stir in the rest of the package. Spoon into the pie shell and stick in the fridge to set (or freezer if you’re in a big hurry.) While that’s cooling, take the reserved coconut, spread on a baking sheet and put under the broiler set on low. Watch closely and stir every minute or so until it’s evenly toasted. Sprinkle on top of the pie and put it in the fridge to finish setting. Another version is to crush chocolate chips and stir those in with the coconut and sprinkle some on top with the toasted coconut.. Store tightly covered in the fridge for up to 5 days.

It basically tastes the same as graham cracker crust and it doesn't go soggy. I filled it with egg custard and it was delicioso. We ate it for a few days and the crust was still not soggy.

Even though it was in bubble wrap, most of the crumbs were out of the package. I added melted butter and made it into a crust. Tasted very nice that's why I gave 3 stars.

We don’t like how it gets stuck in our teeth now. Seemed better before.
