In the supplement world, I have had to kiss a lot of frogs to gain a few princes, so to speak. Active B-12 is a proverbial "prince" of supplements for me. Since starting this product about 5 weeks ago, I have had almost no "poor mood" days, meaning that I have been able to basically eliminate taking SAM-e, which I had used to treat an occasional poor mood. I do not know what my MTHFR genetic status is, (I plan to take the $99 "23andme" test soon) but I'd wager that I have one of these MTHFR genetic variants, since the Active B-12 seems to work so well for me. Since the Active B is required by the body at the beginning of the methylation cycle, I now no longer seem to need the SAMe, which is one of the end products of the methylation cycle. Active B12 is also cheaper than exorbitantly priced SAMe. The combination of this product-- together with my elimination of Aspartame and Glyphosate (Roundup) drenched Wheat products--- has almost completely restored my mental wellbeing!! (I can still have a little bit of organic King Arthur flour with no problems, but I generally stay away from glyphosate poisoned wheat-- and almost all wheat in America is sprayed with Roundup before harvest to prompt seed production and evenness of ripening.) Wow... natural solutions are truly amazing sources of healing, and they put the greedy "big pharma pushing" American Medical Establishment to shame!! I stumbled upon this product because a number of years ago, I had noticed that an LA Weight Loss B Vitamin supplement that I had taken had worked very well in brightening my mood. Unfortunately, I was never able to get the same mood brightening effect using other synthetic B supplements over the years... and I had no idea that not all B vitamins are the same, and that many people require the "methyl" form of B vitamins. (The synthetic Bs actually sometimes worsened my mood which was paradoxical)... Unbeknownst to me, I needed the Methyl B's all those years!! The methylation cycle also explains why the SAMe had worked so well for me before I found this less expensive "Active B-12 with L-5-MTHF" alternative. Thanks again for this wonderful product. Next, I will be giving your Homocysteine product a try.

We love Seeking Health and Dr. Ben in this house! I have a hard time swallowing pills and tend to get nauseous from them so this lozenge is perfect for me and ensures that I actually use it. Great taste! AND added bonus - my kids take it with NO complaints!

My grandson was gravely vaccine-injured at 18mos from the MMR vaccine. What I didn't know about vaccines the, I do now. I had never heard about the MTHFR genetic mutation, or that it is a very high risk factor for vaccine injuries and death (in the 90 percentiles from my studies). It took us 5 1/2 years to get the CORRECT MEDICAL diagnoses that caused my grandson's anaphylaxis, encephalitis, and, yes, Measles, from the vaccine. We have an incredible Pediatric Neurologist, MD with Phoenix Children's Hospital that prescribes THIS PRODUCT for her vaccine injured, MTHFR kids. He also needed their 5-HTP for sleep, and Curcurmin to decrease inflammation. (among several other naturopathic products that he is now taking, and recovering from the pathophysiologies that caused his Autism Spectrum Disorder) The products by Seeking Health are second to none, and I highly recommend any product they sell for quality, naturopathic, scientifically tested, safe supplements and nutrients. I’ve suffered with a burning tongue sensation for 2 years almost and tried others vitamin brands but nothing helped as much as this one did. After taking this for a week the burning sensation went away. I also noticed I have more energy. Definitely recommend if your b12 deficient like I was.

Good quality products.

I'm on my second bottle, and no complaints. Obviously there's no way to scientifically verify my experience, but I believe this supplement is helping me. I bought it based on research on the most easily absorbed forms of B12 and Folate, and this seemed to offer both of those for a better deal than I could find elsewhere. I have not been tested for the MTHF gene, but my sister has tested positive for it. I have had symptoms of B12 deficiency for some time, including anxiety and a stubborn predisposition to canker sores. Anxiety is more complex for me, but my tendency to develop canker sores has changed since taking this supplement (which it *had not* when I was on a high-dosage regular B-12). In recent years, basically any wound to my lip or cheek would become a sore, and I had variously effective methods to try to keep them at bay. It was a constant battle, however, and nothing seemed to get to the root of the actual problem. What I've noticed since taking this supplement (it's been about 4-5 months) is that I have not had to fight off canker sores every time I bite my lip or cheek. That's significant. In fact, I don't remember the last time I had to use one of my remedies to treat a developing sore. They seem to heal much better. My anxiety is better recently, but I believe that's due to more general lifestyle changes -- to which I would expect this supplement might be contributing in some way. But I can't tell you for sure how, or how much. Taste wise: I don't usually care for cherry, but this one is relatively inoffensive. It's nice that it's dissolvable since I hate swallowing pills. I recommend this product if you have the MTHF gene, or if you appear to have a B12 absorption problem. It seems to be good quality and effective, and it uses specific forms of active B12 that have been tested to be among the more efficiently absorbed. There are other active forms, but my research led me to settle on this one. Good luck and I hope this was helpful!
