Update: my first review indicated the hoses were noisy. Tonight I finally decided to dig in and see if I could fix it. Lo and behold I figured out there was a tiny tear in the very thin silicone seal on the nasal mask where the hose clips in. It was this tear that was noisy, not the hose. My bad! I replaced the nasal mask and it seems better. Duh! (Old review) I ordered this despite some reviews that said it was noisy. Mine are as well. The value and quality seemed good (2 short hoses per package), but the seal at the swivel creates a hissing sound when not exactly aligned. It doesn’t wake me up but it does annoy me when I’m trying to fall asleep. I wish to heck someone would make one of these that has a better diffuser (and doesn’t hiss). Like the original equipment tube, it blows a pretty good stream of air straight out, which means I have to sleep with my back to my wife. I affixed another brand’s diffuser to the outlet and it worked great without killing me with co2 poisoning, but it really didn’t stay put so I gave up. Can’t be that hard. Help?

Lasted longer than the original, works well

I bought these to have backups while my original Resmed Airfit N20 short hose was drying after washing. The hoses are well built and are a little longer than the original hose as shown in the picture with the 2 replacement hoses next to the original. The replacement hoses fit my tubing and mask perfectly and everything fit just like the original short hose. Both ends turn 360 degrees so nothing gets caught up and there was no air leakage. I slept like a baby last night using one of the new short hoses and my machine gave me a score of 100 so I really couldn't ask for anything more. One small caveat, the hoses did smell a bit chemically when I took them out of the packaging, but that was easily remedied by a 5 minute soak in soapy water and then letting them air dry for 24 hours. Overall the value is fantastic as you're getting 2 short hoses for less than the price of one of the originals and everything fits perfectly.

I have never left a review on Amazon; this is a first. This is a horrible product. I bought a package of two in November 2025, and both have now failed - they rip open just below the connection. Perhaps the worst thing I have ever purchased on Amazon.

Did the trick in a pinch. The hose pulled apart close to the nose connection after 3 weeks of use
