Needs a lot of work
This coffee machine definitely test your patience. It gives error messages constantly. it says the water tank is empty when it’s not, the waste bin is full after brewing one espresso, and says the coffee beans are empty when full. I was going to wait a week to see if it was user error but it’s definitely not. After trying to brew my coffee for 15min, I gave up and used by old nespresso machine.

Perfect single cup the way you really want & fits in a small space
The plus: Attractive, small footprint, easy to use & clean. Wastes less than a Keurig, has a quality seal for bean chamber, and grinds per brew. Steam froth is really good & works well. The cons: Demanding little thing, requires descale and you must do it as it stops giving coffee! It can take some time. "Simple coffee" is a really small cup. The old coffee pot with brewed coffee is still a champ for that big cup guy, but this one will give you what you really want.

It leaked internally
Makes great coffee but good luck calling the company, they don't call you back. Do better! I wanted this machine to work!

Wanted to love this
I bought this one going for style over all the bells and whistles and keeping it simple. I’m very disappointed. Multiple error messages. No beans when it was full. Having to empty the bin when it wasn’t even close to full. And on top, inconsistent drinks. Coffee was just hot water multiple times. Light coffee looked like tinted water. For the price this should work much better.

Faulty unit
Unit was received with a fault. On installation the coffee machine never worked and after troubleshooting it would appear that there is a flow meter circuit error.

Choose your coffee beans
Love this machine. Compact, easy to clean, easy no navigate. And best part is you get amazing coffee grounded on the spot! A must have for coffee lovers
