What a great idea.
These are a fantastic way to make exercise a bit more interesting. I have bought three sets of these cards, one each for flexibility, dumbbells and exercise ball. They are the size of a normal pack of playing cards (which is possibly a negative as it might be better if they were larger) The exercises are well described and prescribed but if you're still unsure there is a Q code for you to scan and watch a video of the exercise. There are untold ways you can use these to help with your exercise regime, I also use these at the school I work at for teenagers with behavioural problems with very good results. They are a bit pricey but compared to many of the gimmicky exercise products on the market they represent good value.

Good quality set which can be used for warmup or improving your flexibility
Good quality cards in both physical quality and content. You can find all the content online however having the information in card format makes warming up or increasing your flexibility easy and fun. I've found the flexibility set extremely useful for utilising the yoga set (I'm not that flexible... Yet :P).Having the grading on the cards (all, basic, intermediate and advanced) and colour codeded sections allows you to tailor your work out/flexibility session.Would recommend :)

Great but small
I purchased the cards to use as part of a training programme for athletes at club level. The cards provide progression from beginner to intermediate and advanced which in the main means more reps or time for a number of exercises. Easily understood instructions and diagrams limits standing time and ensures a smooth transition between exercise and running. Feed back from the athletes is very positive and the cards add value to the strength and conditioning part of any programme. As a progression for Stack, I would recommend adding additional cards - take the next 2 cards; double reps or time; take the next card; take a rest The only negative is the size of the card. I would like to see an A4 laminated set for outdoor use.Great but small!

Great for increasing range and fun for circuits and workouts
Been circuit training for a couple of years now but theses cards have really lifted what we can now do and added in some much needed stretching. We’ve combined these with the body weight stack and KB stack cards to give almost infinite work out possibilities. It’s also allowed us to gamify our circuits which has made the whole thing less predictable and more fun. The cards are high quality, really clearly laid out, and colour coding of muscle groups is very helpful. Highly recommended; great product at a good price!

Fantastic, easy to use product
Bought these to use before and after working out with the dumbbell cards also made by stack 52 (Which I would also highly recommend), on top of showing which muscle groups they're working as well as which exercises are good for warm-ups the exercises are quick enough to do that you don't need to have a massive amount of time to get in some good exercise. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fun way to exercise
Pretty cool idea and I like how it links with videos to do it correctly. I hate exercise so it's a good way to make it fun. Cards are sturdy like playing cards but bigger so I imagine they'll hold up. I love the games to play with them on their website too. I'd definitely recommend.

Graf way to mix up exercise routine
Great way to mix up exercise routine - good, clear instructions, tells you what muscle groups you’re working. Videos are really handy and round this set off off nicely. Definitely recommend them.
