Received the package in a sealed box in a plastic packaging. Very happy with purchase as it fits nicely in my ear and so far these are the only ones that have an excellent grip. I have tried other memory foam types, Spinfit ones and other available accessories but after awhile it slips out of my ear even though they are comfortable. These are pretty easy to put on and still have ear comfort while using it. So far, these are the only ones when doing Apple noise seal test gets a good seal rating. Just take note that from time to time, you will need to do maintenance to keep wax picking up. Just use room temperature water to clean only and let it dry before putting back on.
