They are perfect for my needs
I have been struggling to put together a varied routine at the gym recently. I had started taking several exercise books in with me, which was inconvenient and cumbersome. Then I discovered these cards. They are perfect for my needs. I also have the exercise ball set as well.I arrange the cards in a circuit, face down and just take one off the top and complete the recommended exercise. They have proved to be so successful for me, that I am going to purchase the body weight set as well to compliment my collection. The cards come in a box, and the exercises range from beginner, through intermediate to advanced, and you choose which one to perform according to your own level of fitness. The cards are the size of regular playing cards. They have a plastic feel to them, so feel to me that they would survive handling at the gym. At the top of the card is the name of the move, underneath that is a drawing of a person performing the move. Then you have a number and symbol from regular cards (such as 7 hearts, 3 diamonds etc.) the number of reps, and the fitness level: B, I, or A. Written underneath is a description of the move, and how to perform it. There are also QR codes that provide a link online for a video demonstration of the manoeuvre.I recommend these cards, they make a great addition to the 'work out' library.

Kettlebell workout cards
These cards are a useful introduction to the use of kettlebells at home or at the gym, but this pack is certainly NOT worth £24. The pack is somewhat smaller in reality to what it appears on the screen, and I have no idea how the £24 cost has been worked out. I have not yet used the online element of this package, and I hope to be impressed by that. Overall I cannot shake the feeling that this package is significantly over-priced for what it actually is.

Exceptionally clever, simple and fun
This is an absolutely GENIUS idea, but more importantly, excellently executed in the embodimentThe basic concept is simple; a deck of playing cards with kettlebell exercises on each (varying from beginner to expert), which you simply "deal out" to form a workout routine at random. You can of course "load the deck" if you're a beginner to select only the exercises for your level, but this still gives you a good variety of exercise within your ability.Cards are identified with colour coding of exercise target (for Cardio/ Legs/ Shoulders etc) and difficulty level (B for Beginner/ A for advanced etc) - and include the recommended number of reps for that exercise. Each card includes a pictorial depiction of the action as well as a brief description of how to do it, but where its extremely smart is that it includes a QR code to view a video demo so you can check the technique before you embark. The elevated concept however is where the thought that has gone into it really comes into its own; You can play the cards like an actual card game; each card has a value (e.g. 7 of clubs), so you can play a workout game with a partner or group - whether that be a game of pairs (collect the pair and do the exercises your pairs give you) or patience (e.g. Pyramids, where the cards that are left form your routine) - it introduces a fantastic point of variety. While part of the fun of this is being able to devise your own way to play, the website has a range of suggestions should you want to get some tips.I bought my kettlebells with a DVD which honestly was terrible, so Ive been using a very limited routine and been looking for something to improve this - and these cards have hit every mark I could wish for. Id give them 10 stars if I could!

My live in personal trainer
These are brilliant. I really struggle to work out an exercise plan and struggle with getting bored easily so talk myself out of it. I just pick out my cards (I do a lucky dip but you could plan this on your muscle groups/area) and off I go.Sometimes I pick them out in the morning and leave them in the side until I can't unsee them anymore and off I go and do my workout. I love them. I have a lighter kettle bell and a heavier one but you could start with one. A great investment

Great idea
I like using these cards as it generates plenty of variation in your workouts without having to do any planning. A challenge for me would to be to go through all the cards in 1 session, but I cannot see that happening any time soon, but that's one of my goals. Covers all the body parts and cardio. I use these to do a quick Hitt session, you never know what's coming next so it keeps you on your toes. Really like these cards. If you have a kettle bell but not sure what to do, try these cards, you will not be disappointed. There is also a web site with more info and there is an email where you can contact the makers if you need any help.

My muscles are not thanking me.
I have the HIIT game from Stack 52 but find the box a little too big to take to the gym with me, but we have fun at home playing games. On the strength of the HIIT game I decided to pick up a few of their other sets. Love the endless possibilities of using these. Not disappointed and was asked by another gym goer where I picked these up from.

Easy way of building your own workout!
I have struggled to keep myself going outside of classes, but using these cards means I’m able to build my own workout based on how much I want to do, or which muscle groups I want to focus on. And shuffling the selected cards means I can keep the programme fresh! Thoroughly enjoying using the cards so far.

Easy to use and lots of choices
Great fun to put together my exercise regime. I'm a total beginner so having the video is useful. Really easy. It is small and difficult to read (my eyesight is not brilliant). However I just selected 4/5 exercises that I want to do and photocopy them onto a A4 sheet so that it's easy to use in the gym. Even the PT was impressed with the range and challenges it offers.
