I can tell unit was used once. The tubes had liquid left over from being fill once. Overall the unit works great and had no problem running. Overall the purchase from this vender was great.

Good machine, whisper quiet, excellent temps, great workmanship
Several of the one-star reviews desperately want you to think that air cooling and water cooling are the same. They are not. Water cooling is more efficient. It's not a question, or a debate. Furthermore, all those one-star review people neglect to mention how loud their air-cooled rigs are. They are much, much louder. This thing is whisper quiet, even with a resource intensive game.As for the other reviews, none of these people own the product. I do. And I'm happy with it. If you price out all the equipment- video card, 1tb m.2 ssd, regular hd, ram, cpu, front cooling plate, case, motherboard, labor, it adds up. Again, none of the one-star reviews actually own it. They just want you to know that they don't approve. Sometimes people don't want to build their computers from scratch. Sometimes people want a high octane machine and have the money to pay for it. Some people like quiet machines. What you are paying for is thermal efficiency and a beautifully designed computer. You're paying for labor of course. But a lot of the prebuilts with the top-spec parts cost 4 to 5 grand. In any case, I just wanted to offer a dissenting opinion, so these people feel so strongly about this, they review bombed it even though they don't own it. I know I paid a premium for a pre-built. Go watch the youtube reviews of this- they are all positive. Gee, I wonder why? Because those people rationally and logically break down the pros and cons.Is it expensive? Yes, but again, price out all the parts, and you arrive at a number that is pretty high by itself. In my mind, it was worth the labor. And I can't emphasize how quiet it is.

Over Priced Prebuilt
At some point you have to wonder how far these advertisers will go to convince you. Water cooling is not going to make this big of a difference in cooling. AiO and air cool from coolmaster 212 are with in 10 deg C when it comes to heavy work. Does it look cool? YES Is it practical? NO. Save your money

Maybe if it pooped out a solid gold egg once a week...
I don't know how or who can justify the price of this thing.Absolutely asinine.
