The oregon powersharp is not for anyone who uses chainsaws a lot. I am not a professional, but we cut all our own wood for winter heating and these things proved to be a waste of money to us. If you have one chainsaw that gets used a handful of times a year this will probably be great for you, but if you do any serious wood cutting, don't waste your money.

Bought to replace an earlier purchase which broke under heavy use. These Powersharp chains are brilliant for sizing logs for woodburning stoves and other medium to light duties but are probably not the best choice for felling mature trees! Their ease of sharpening is a boon for domestic users but if considering serious heavy use I would recommend learning how to sharpen a traditional chain saw.

Love this so easy to use and better than sharping by hand.
