Works great. Makes hands and feet feel relaxed and moisturize. Has everything you need included for easy use. Did not take long for the paraffin to melt. Smells nice too.. just like the salon.

I originally bought this machine for my daugter, she didn't need it and I already had it for a month or more before I gave it to her, so I couldn't send it back. It sat in my closet for a few weeks untill I decided to use it myself, it was never used. While unpacking it I didn't find the manual, ( daughter perhaps forgot to place it back in the box). There was a QR code on the side and I scanned it, it was actually for the warrantee, but I decided I will take a chance and ask about the manual anyway. It wasn't long after and I received a text from the friendliest lady called Ruth, asking me about the model and details of the machine. In a few minutes Ruth came back with a very breef and accurate explanation of how to use the machine and a link to go with it. Ruth was very happy to help me, and let me know if there was anything I needed help with that I could contact her on that number anytime. The following evening I was very eager to use the new machine, I read Ruth's directions and followed it carefully, the wax melted in no time, my house smelled like a spa. I treated my left hand first when the wax was at a good temperature for me to dip my hand, it felt good dipping my hand in the wax kind of relaxed my hand after a long day, I dipped it over and over again, maybe 5 or 6 times and it felt really good everytime , I almost didn't want to stop but the realized, I am playing now. So I grabbed one of the gloves that are supplied with the machine and carefully stuck my hand in it, I then used one of the mitts that were supplied to pull over the glove. I left it on for about 40 minutes . My hand was sweaty and moist inside the wax and it had come loose. I pulled the layers off slowly untill I reached the wax and then pulled the wax of very easily. My hand felt like I just come from the spa, my skin looked renewed and it was so supple. It was so soft the wax definitely replenished the surface of my skin. It was pink and it looked so healthy. I can't wait to treat my feet, elbows and knees, I know this will rescue me this winter, I am looking forward to super soft hands andfeet . In the meanwhile, Ruth gave me another "house call " to see how everything was doing, if I have been using the machine and wax and how everything was doing? She once again let me know that if I needed anything that she is just a text away. I let her know that I don't hav want issues and that I love the machine so far.I have used the machine 5 times on my hands only, I haven't treated my feet yet, since we had to travel. But that is what I will be doing this weekend, it's a necessity for everyone, we don't have a spa here that has a hot foot or hand treatment. And I don't always have time to go to another spa. I already devote 4 days a month to the spa. This is an add on and I love what I can do for my body right here at home. The machine is very easy to use and well worth every $I once got a very bad stomach virus from a nail spa, so I will never return to them again anyway. Attendee was busy with my nails and disappeared, when I questioned where she went I was told her stomach doesnt feel so good, low and behold I flew to Ohio that night and was sick as a dog. I definitely need this, for my extra hand and foot care. It also makes treating my nails much easier . There is nothing I don't like of the machine .And to add again, the costumer service is out of this world, I wish Ruth would sell everything I need on Amazon, it feels very good to spend money when you know your seller stands behind you. I am forever thankful to Ruth.I love the product, it's easy to use (just followed Ruth's directions) lightweight, reliable so far no issues and I will defnitily suggest to buy Ella Bella from Ruth's store .Happy Hands and Feet from now on.I know paraffine wax machines have many benefits, even medical benefits, for arthritis, circulation and fibromyalgia. Every women needs a machine, I think it makes great gifts , obviously not for my princess daughter that lives in the spa, she will soon learn, something are better at home . Then she might want her machine back. Lol

2/16/2025My chiropractor recommended that I use a paraffin machine for the pain/stiffness in my hand. So, I checked a lot of websites for cost, dependability, the effectiveness of each machine, and the manufacturer information. I also weighed the cost of buying more wax, mitts, gloves, and other tools when using it.A big plus for getting the Ella Bella Paraffin machine was that it was made in the USA. Not having to initially shop for the other accessories was another plus as well.Great choice Evelyn. I'm so glad I purchased a Paraffin Machine from Ella Bella.The wax smells go good. The pain in my hand was relieved. I thought, this is very easy to use, has a warranty, and I can contact the seller via email or text if/when I have problems or questions.3/13/2025I've been using the Ella Bella Paraffin for almost 1 month and I have to say that I absolutely enjoy using it. It softens the tissues in my hand and relieves the pain. My physical therapist has a paraffin machine in the office, but I didn't have the treatment because I have my own. NICE!I have to thank Ella Bella so very much for their superb customer service.

This is one of the few excellent products incl customer service that I have found. It is expensive but if you are getting on in years and have arthritis in your hands, it is IMO the best, safest, wax treatment machine out there...and the reviews certainly support this. Mostly I just wanted to note that before dipping your hands in wax, try rubbing some arnica gel or CBD (get products that have at least 10,000 mg CBD per 4 oz coconut oil for pain relief - I found lesser amounts of CBD to be relatively useless for pain) and rub into your hands before the wax treatment. Over the years since turning 60, I have had 12 surgeries on my fingers and wrists (trigger finger in all fingers, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and arthritis in a thumb that involoved removal of trapezium bone which was replaced with a tendon from my forearm tied into a knot to replace the trapezium bone). After this last surgery I saw an OT who used hot wax treatments among other things, and I was sold. This unit is expensive but definitely worth it. I searched thru all the less expensive models and the reviews were not nearly as positive and Amazon noted on many of them that they were often returned. Some were not big enough to really get your hand into - and forget about getting a foot into it. The Ella Bella is just the right size, simple to operate and maintain, and will probably last a life time if taken care of. And I am very impressed with the customer service, Ruth. You can text your product info to her and she wil respond within 24 hours and offer some tips on how to get the most out of the machine. In short even if you do not really need a wax machine it is an uplifting experience to find a quality product with quality personal service...seems to be becoming rare these days. Using this once a day with arnica and or CBD keeps my hands almost pain free.
