Pos. Won’t stick to the ground, was going to return and get my money back but it’s not worth the hassle of looking at a product that doesn’t work how it’s supposed to even with its sticky attachment. Just buy some weights and use that to hold you down.

The first device that I ordered had virtually no suction. This device, however, worked so well that I didn't need to apply the plastic film to my floor. I was able to perform alternating leg lifts to 90 degrees and 180 degrees, as well as using it as a stop for my feet while rowing using a resistance band. I couldn't be happier with the product; especially the price! This one is a WINNER!
