Ryobi ONE+ HP 18V Brushless Cordless Compact 1/2 in. Drill and Impact Driver Kit with (2) 1.5 Ah Batteries, Charger and Bag

I bought this as a kit through Amazon UK, although it was an Amazon US product - knowing that it was US spec. Even though (as expected) the charger was a US 120v charger (and not suitable for a a UK 240v socket), I already had two chargers and the 18v batteries are the same, so it was still much better value. Ryobi UK dont seem to offer the HP (high power) tools as a kit, and this makes them more expensive to buy as 'body only'. So I ordered this kit. I am very pleased with both the drill and the driver - both very powerful and super compact / lightweight. I have a number of Ryobi tools and they get heavy DIY use without complaint. I've gradually upgraded to the brushless motor ones as I can afford - they have an excellent performance with high torque/ power, so there is no need now to have mains tools as these perform at least as well. The One+ battery system has evolved but is backwards and forwards compatible, my oldest and newest tools all swap between the same batteries. I did once make the mistake of buying a generic battery which didnt last very well at all - the Ryobi ones seem to use high quality cells which go on for years. Very satisfied customer.

I absolutely love Ryobi products and have renovated my whole house using them. Unfortunately my new driver and drill set came with a US plug on the charger. No where was this mentioned in the product description. Will now have to use a plug converter when using as I’m not sending it back. It’s just very annoying hence 4 stars.

The product came with a none English plug and therefore cannot be used at all.

I just bought my fourth ryobi combo set, not because it breaks down, but because anyone who tries my set has asked me to buy one for them. The first one I bought was about 5 years ago and it is still working fabulously with no problems. I really enjoyed having three batteries, because when one is discharged, I just snap in the third and recharge the first. In the past I have bought dewalt kits but no longer Their batteries just don’t last. I love my ryobi tools. They’re built to last rather then with built in obsolescence. I recommend this kit to anyone who wants a superior tool at an extremely reasonable price and that handy carrying case has room in it for my. Standard drill set and driver point set too. Sure hope my recently bought kit is as good as the other ones I’ve bought in the past , I gave one set to a mason who has worked with for 12 years and used it incessantly for about 4 1/2 years and bought this one to replace the kit that grew legs on a job site and walked away ( it was stolen by a fellow worker) Keep your eye on yours, if you buy one, people fall in love with it

Die Geräte sind Tip top. Gut in der Handhabung Akkuleistung sehr gut. Einziges Manko: bei diesem Produkt wird die US Variante verschickt somit ist das Ladegerät (110 V) in Deutschland nicht nutzbar. In meinem Fall kein Thema denn ich habe bereits Ryobi Ladegeräte
