I’m new to golf and wanted to form good habits. This helped with my backswing and with my wrist movement. It’s easy to use and small enough to take it in my golf bag for when I’m on the driving range when I’m not practicing in my backs yard.

Overall, the yellow arm is the most useful tool here. It really helps to regulate your hinge of the hand. You put it on your iron or driver handle and then keep pushing it towards the arm during the upswing, and then you do the down swing and can then do the same. Overall it is pretty good to use!
