Had some white bloom on it indicating the chocolate is not so fresh...and in my local market yesterday, the cost of the same product was $1.89, 1/3 the price. Should have skipped it altogether.

Barefoot Contessa Ice box cake
So I am not a baker. However, due to pandemic, I was forced to cook and bake stuff in my air fryer!!!! Anyways, I used this to decorate the Barefoot Contessa Chocolate Ice box Cake. Soooo beautiful. Since then I fancy up my air fried cakes but shredding chocolate over it to make it looks prettier. Or shave larger slivers over desserts to make it even fancier. Easy scam to make any desserts look pretty.
