I have been taking melatonin for quite some time now. I have a high stress job so when I need to get to bed, I take this melatonin which helps me to relax, and ultimately fall asleep. I find it to be very effective, and this a quality supplement. These are easy to use/chew as they are made into a berry flavored gummy that is very good!! They are not huge and the texture is also very palatable. The price was super reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to get some relaxation/sleep.

I have ordered some for my niece and will keep ordering these for myself. They smell great, taste great easy to swallow. Great size and quantity for the money. These work better than the stuff I used to buy OTC and I like knowing that I feel good buying them cause they beat all my expectations. I feel like I get tired faster than the other crap I used to buy. I don't know what ingredients they are using but they are so good. I get insomnia due to the amount of meds I'm on and still I can go 3-5days with out sleep or even an hour a day ( but once I snagged some from my niece that I had purchased the for originally) the ingredients helped me fall asleep easily. Now when I get that start of insomnia I pop 2 gummies and here comes sleepy time. I'm also not groggy or foggy headed when I wake up. That's a bonus all in itself!!

These little gummies pack a punch. They are easy to chew, and taste great. They also have a very effective dose especially for the value.

Good product, has helped me sleep whenever I cannot sleep. The only thing I don't like about it is the aftertaste after taking one of this. Apart from that awesome product.

These melatonin gummies put me right to sleep, and I mean that in the best way possible. The flavor is pleasant, not overly sweet, and I do not get any weird aftertaste like I have with other brands. Within about half an hour, I feel myself relaxing and drifting off, and the best part is I wake up feeling refreshed instead of groggy. They have quickly become part of my nightly routine and honestly feel like a little bedtime treat that doubles as a sleep solution. If counting sheep is not working, these gummies definitely will.

Updated review: So yes, they do work! Too well! However, you will be groggy on the wake up, that is if you don't get a full rest( 8+ hours). It also takes awhile to wear off. I dont think ill finish the bottle.
