Who ships a ceramic mug in a non-padded bag?!! Of course it arrived broken! I liked the look and size of this mug so I’ve ordered a replacement. Hopefully that one is shipped securely. Update: received a replacement mug which was packed very securely. The mug is perfect for what I need and love the pop of color. Thank you to the seller for the fast and easy replacement!

I got pink and the color is just right, very pretty!. It has only been a week and so far the mug does what is expected, seems to keep coffee warm longer than my previous mug, Things I do not like: the handle is a bit too small, the cup is heavy, no proprietary markings on bottom..where is it made, by whom? Overall..i am little disappointed but it is a keeper. I may, someday, fill it with chocolats and gift it to someone..

Very happy with this mug. I bought it to replace my favorite mug, which I broke, and this is a similar size and color. Very heavy, too, so it seems quite sturdy. I am particularly happy about the size, as I've bought several mugs from Amazon lately that were a lot smaller than I expected. I may end up buying another one in a different color... Update--I have since bought 3 more colors; light blue, dark blue, and mint green, and the only one that I am disappointed with is the green. It was pictured as a pale, pretty, aqua color and came in much darker and looks to me more like pale jade green. I'm keeping it, but I'm not really happy with it. But the pink, blue, and dark blue are very good.
