For most of my life, I've had large pockets of swelling in several areas of my body, the pits, under the knees, ankles, around the hips and my face. It wasn't until I saw an ad talking about draining your lymphatic system. While I usually never play into social media propaganda, I felt like this specific ad was targeted for me with all the symptoms I had. I ended up searching for a bit on here to find a different brand with the best reviews, and my sister has many products from Mary Ruth, so I figured I'd give it a shot, hoping the results others were seeing would work in my favor as well. I've been using this for almost 2 weeks now and I've noticed a massive improvement in my swelling. I can't pinch my under arm fat anymore, my legs have smoothed out a lot, the lymphs in my neck don't feel so tight lately, and I even wear an anklet I haven't taken off in over a year that was starting to squeeze my ankle, but just yesterday I noticed it's actually loose on me and I can spin it around my ankle with space for 2 fingers. So when I look in the mirror, my cankles are gone! And I had some major ones before and my moon face is improving drastically! I can see the natural heart shape of my face coming back! The taste is actually not that bad compared to other herbal supplements I have so I just take it straight wifh the dropper. I will also use a guasha every few days to help flush out the nodes and that always makes such an improvement in the morning! I am on a fitness journey now so I'm sure some physical activity at the gym helps, but I taught yoga for 5 years and have always been pretty active and have still struggled with swelling. My teacher trainer even mentioned years ago I needed a lymphatic massage, so I'm also gonna try that too! I'm excited to see how much more will improve by the time I finish the bottle, but so far I'm happy with the current results!

Love this product, was a little sus about it at first. Seeing all the mixed reviews. But I had to try it myself, and I am in love. The taste is great, I use twice a day. And I am seeing the hype,

Absolutely incredible. Works immediately; I noticed a difference after using one dose for three days in a row. The difference was both visual/aesthetic as well as healthier overall feeling. Likely will not work on its own, however; I do daily gua sha, manual lymphatic drainage, lymph drainage foot baths, and rebounds or vibration pad. The combination works shockingly well and lightning-fast. Less inflammation all over, less fluid build up or water weight. If you put it in something sweet, you really can't notice the taste, so it's very easy to take. Nothing but good experiences with this brand.

The taste is horrible but not unbearable, did notice a difference with bloating.

Update: I had a bad cold several months back that lasted about 2 weeks, in which, two of my lymph nodes on my neck got swollen. I told my mom and she reminded me about this product. I had used it before and totally forgot about it. My mom swears by this because she took it after her C. treatments and during her after treatment oncology checkup appointments, which she hated, but had to go to. With the help from this her checkups always turned out great, which her doctor noted and told her to keep it up, which is something she does to this day. As for me, this stuff seemed to do the job, again, because my lymph nodes went back to normal, so whenever I remember, I try to take it as maintenance and prevention. Original post: I noticed a bit of swelling on my neck, so I looked on Amazon for something to cleanse my lymphatic system. I then came across this item and saw the thousand + reviews and that it's all natural, which convinced me to try it. As soon as I received the item, I took the product (once before bed with water) and by the next day or two I noticed a difference on my neck in that my swollen lymph nodes had drastically gone down. I even felt great the next day and love the fact that the taste is not bad at all, almost tasteless! I loved the product so much that I bought a few more for family members. They immediately saw a difference and loved it so much that they’ve started to buy it for themselves. The only downside I have to say is that I wish that it came in a larger bottle, so it lasts longer. Other than that, it's a great product that works fast! I also like that the company ships the item quickly. Overall, I highly recommend this product!!!!
