I LoVe this dispenser!! It’s weighted, and has a non-slip bottom. SO much easier & quicker to get the piece of tape you need (rather than holding the other kind of tape roll with one hand while U tear off a piece with the other). Well worth the price. NO problem cutting BUT MUST place the dispenser so the blade (unit) is facing to your RIGHT. Pull tape out and then pull down from 12 o'clock to 6 o'clock direction. WORKS PERFECT. Other direction is slight resistance. This applies especially for transparency tape.
