Finally a dress shoe that's comfortable and classy. My feet were as the day goes by and with the subtle elastic neat the sides, I have all day comfort! Great arch support and fit. They seem durable and the heel thickness is a great selling point for me!

I bought these for the Christmas Holiday. Fit comfortably with a pair of trouser socks. Stays nicely on my feet. I like the chunky heel. It’s a classy black color. I’ve now gone through four pairs of heels or flats for work. I work at the airport where these type of shoes are required. None of those four pairs of heels or flats worked for me and always gave me pain in my feet. I am a very wide footed person and years ago, I had broken my right big toe, so when it healed, my right toe’s bone sticks out a bit on the side. Shoes that are too narrow in front are painful if worn more than 5 hours. At the airport I am on my feel all day. These heels provide so much comfort. They are stylish. Provide a good amount of height for me. I am 5’4” and my heel size is 11W. I purchased size 11 and they are true to size. What makes the heel very comfy are the stretchy bands on each side, so even though the material is leather, the stretchy band allows breathing space and flexibility. I wear nylons at work, which caused my feet to slip a lot so I purchased the non slip inserts that are cushioned which fixed the problem immediately. Wearing the shoes without my nylon feels even better tho. The quality is outstanding. It seems like these heels will last a whole year and I love that the inserts that come with the heel are already cushioned. If it wasn’t for my nylons, I would have worn the heels without the inserts that I purchased separately. I’ve worn them now for a month and there’s no damage, very minimal crease in the front from usage and the ease of walking in an airport has been a breeze. These heels have saved me so much and I will buy another pair another so that I have backup heels when I need to switch out.

OMG- These are high quality very durable and fashionable shoes. I'm size 5.5 and these are true to size. I feel safe and secure walking in these! Love these shoes, they work great!

UPDATE: The customer service is awesome. They reached out to me to discuss the issue with the shoes. After speaking to them, they sent me an 8.5 in the black suede. The shoe fits, looks great, is comfortable, and is a great shoe for work. I like that it seems to be slip resistant and I can wear them for hours without my feet getting tired. I appreciate the extra effort made to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I ended up going a half size larger. ********** I liked the style of the shoe. I normally wear a 7.5 US but I ordered the size 8. I expected it to be just a bit roomier than I was used to wearing. I ordered the shoes that looked like black leather and the ones that looked like black suede. The black leather fit my left foot with absolutely no give. It was tighter than being a secure fit. The right foot was way too tight. A bit of a struggle to get on. The tightness occurred across the instep on both pairs as I tried to walk. There was something about each shoe that was uncomfortable on the ball of my foot. The other issue was the shoe rubbed against my little toe. I really liked the look, and wanted them to work for me, but they were not comfortable. I thought about trying a wide, but wide has always been too big and they didn't have a wide in the black suede. I already initiated my return for both pairs.

Comfortable and good for long days on your feet. But you will literally get randomed every time through security wearing these. Not sure why but these shoes set off metal detectors. So if you are buying these as a FA, great for training not great for on the line. PS lots of toe space, which is really nice.

These shoes are so comfortable. They support my arch. The softness inside comfort your toe. I love the style. The sole on the bottom makes your shoe grip the floor. They are able to put on easily , and when I walk in these, it makes my steps feel so good and the block heels make it your walk and stride much easier. They are true to size. I ordered a nine but I should have ordered a 8 1/2. If you have wide feet, then this is a shoe for you I will buy the shoe again in another color if they have it.

I originally bought a different pair of shoes from this seller, but unfortunately, they ran extremely small and were tight around the arch. On top of that, the material looked very obviously plastic, even from a distance. I requested a refund, and to the seller’s credit, they processed it immediately. What really impressed me was their customer service – they reached out and asked if there was anything they could do to make things right, and even offered to send me a free pair from their collection. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but since it was free, I figured worst case, I’d donate them to charity. To my surprise, the pair they sent (which I’m reviewing now) were beautifully packaged, came in a nice shoe box, and most importantly – they were so comfortable and stylish! I ended up liking them so much that I bought another pair to keep in Italy, so I always have a pair whether I’m there or here. Not only do I recommend these shoes, but I also want to highlight the exceptional customer service. They really went above and beyond to turn a disappointing experience into a great one.
