I got this foot massager for my mom's Birthday. She went to a massage parlor before and got to try a foot massager that looks like this one. It was a different brand but I took a chance and bought one.It works very well. My mom likes it and she does say it feels like the one she tried at the massage parlor place. I tried it as well but my feet are probably a bit too large for this device and it feels like it will crush it. It's a bit snug for me, but perfect for my mom.It has different massage modes and a booklet to let you know what each mode is for. I can't attest the different mode does anything it says but it's there for fun. You can also set it to manual and you can set your own speed and direction instead of using the preset ones.The remote is a bit finnicky. At first it wasn't working and I thought it needed a new battery. But after changing the battery, it's still not working but then when I pointed the remote toward the device, it reacted. I then put the old battery back in and find that you need to "point" the remote directly toward the device for it to pickup the infrared commands.Overall, I recommend this foot massager. My mom is using it every day. But be aware if you have a large feet. It might be a bit snug for you. And you have to point the remote directly at the device for it to work.

I had a problem with the H&B Luxuries Electric Shiatsu Foot Massager Machine just after the return date had expired. I contacted customer service. They were courteous and very helpful. I sent information via email. They were prompt in responding (less than a day). They sent me a new massager upon receiving my one. They paid postage. The massager is wonderful. My feet feel great after I use it.

For some reason it makes a clicking noise on its own. I bought it back in March 2023. Here I am in October of 2024, and the machine works like new. Great massager. Only thing is the noise just started recently. It does multiple clicks and noises at random. In the end, I had to unplug it for it to stop. Otherwise still works fine, for now...

I loved it so much i bought another for my father. HOWEVER.. why is the remote that goes to it never work. When it came it came with a battery inside, to my surprise it didnt have that plastic piece you pull off the back of it to activate it which most remotes like this do… so when it wouldnt work i assumed it was because they were old. I replaced the battery and it worked for a slight moment and then it stopped working. Its ok because the main device is amazing.. it would be nice to have a working remote however i am grateful the device itself is phenomenal. Please let me know how i can make it so i can use the remote. My mom who purchased this before me said her remote did the same exact thing. Please update your remotes if all of them are faulty… its a nice spec to have a remote to operate the device from… lol it would be even better if it was workable/usable.

I'll start with the good. Despite flaws, it does leave my feet feeling quite a bit better after a cycle. And I suspect that's going to be as good as any of these products.Unfortunately, it could easily be improved but quite a lot. First, I'll start with the fact that the rollers only massage about 1/3 of my foot at a time, and I have rather small feet (men's US size 8) so I can't imagine whose feet this is supposed to fit. Especially considering if I actually put my heels in the supposedly intended position it basically massages my toes.Second, the pressure is basically non-existent. The motors are powerful enough to do the job, but the part that could and should squeeze and press the foot down into the rollers does absolutely nothing. If you don't press down on your own, it's literally just your feet resting on top of the rollers.Finally, the settings COULD have been designed to give distinct massages. Especially varied pressure for those like me that can take a LOT on my feet. But instead they're just slightly different paterns of forward and/or backward rolling. It already had the mechanisms to provide pressure from the top of the foot, it simply was not designed to use them.

I love this foot massager, it helps my foot and muscles to relax. I work 10hr shift every day I come back home with leg pain and a sore feet, but with this awesome massager I get instant relief and it's feels soooo good. I highly recommend this for everyone especially if you stand on your feet all day. Then this massager is for you.!

The first 2 days I used it, I really liked the pressure on my feet but I was in so much pain after, the sole of my feet burned. I did not wear socks, don't know if that made a difference; because afterwards I started wearing socks and it's alot more comfortable. It could be my feet have now adjusted but wearing socks also helps to keep the massager clean. It advertises as having a few speeds, I must be using it incorrectly because I can't find the speeds it seems to just be fast or slow. One speed basically, and the slow is still intense with the pressure under the feet. I'm a little disappointed because my pain is really in my heels around my ankles and the top of my feet. I read somewhere before I bought this massager that it enclosed your entire foot so all over gets massaged and that's not the case. When I try to put my heels in the path of the Rollers it hurts, my feet are too small to get the compressors in the side to squeeze the ankle area and of course the top of my feet will just be neglected. I'll have to ask my husband to do it after I've used the massager 🙄

this foot massager is the must have in my home, it works wonders, after a long day at work, nothing beats sitting and relaxing as the foot massager does its job, it rejuvenates your feet and completely changes your frame of mind, best purchase ever !!

This massager is so good. I have done a lot of research and bought other brands. They are more expensive than this one, but not as useful as this one. I am a Chinese and have come into contact with many brands. Why did I choose this one? , because my sister is in China and she has been using this product for six years. She said it was very good and very comfortable. I didn’t quite believe it at the time because the price made me doubt its quality. But because I believed in my sister, I still chose it. It is really comfortable and feels like a real person is massaging, especially the feeling of massaging my legs. I like it so much. You can really consider buying this one. After I tried it today, I immediately bought another one. It just happened to be Christmas and I wanted to give it to my parents-in-law.

Its been almost 3 years now. Still perfectly performing well. Love to have this, no regrets!
