I bought this to replace my Smile brand aqua flosser. I was a little nervous buying this brand, but it is actually awesome and very similar to my other brand. It works very well. It has multiple settings so you can adjust it to your liking. I actually lean over the bathtub when I use it because the water has a tendency to splash. You do have to be careful of that. It has many flosser attachments which is very good. It definitely cleans all the debris out of your teeth and good for your gums also. My only wish is that the water reservoir was a little bigger It gives about 30 seconds of flossing and then you have to fill it again if you need more. Otherwise, it is perfect!

I bought this to replace a water flosser which seems to not be working properly after falling off a shelf, and which is no longer available. I'd had it for about four yers and hadn't noticed any wear-and-tear related degradation in performance.The old water flosser had a removable flosser below the handle/engine, which twisted off and on for filling and emptying. The reservoir on this water flosser is the full height of the tool, along the back, and has a tab that must be opened and closed to fill/empty. Because it has a small silicone circular seal, I'm a little concerned about the long-term integrity of the seal, but perhaps I'm seeing problems where none exist.This water flosser's normal setting is slightly more vigorous than that which it is replacing, but after one use I don't think it's too strong. I don't think it'll peel my gums away or anything.It is a more attractive design, not that it makes a difference; however what does make a difference is that the reservoir is insufficient to complete my normal water flossing routine: first around the outsides of upper and lower teeth, then from the inside of uppers and lowers. The water ran out three-quarters of the way through. I haven't compared reservoir capacities, and the insufficiency may be because of the slightly stronger stream. If that's the case then I consider it a design flaw which should have been corrected either by increasing the reservoir capacity or slightly lessening the intensity of the water.Either way, it's not a perfect replacement, but it'll do.

Battery lasts a very long time. The heavy jet is really heavy. It holds the right amount for my whole mouth. I didn’t know how much I would love this because I’d only had a plugged in tube one with a tank in the past. This is so much easier to use. If I eat meat or anything else that gets stuck between my teeth- this works better than floss. I can’t wait to get to it after I eat. I take it apart after making sure all the water is out and leave the filler open and vertical in a plastic cup to keep it clean.

This is easy to use but it shoots out a LOT of water which makes it a little tricky to control and drains the reservoir fairly quickly. I'm getting used to that though. My biggest complaint is that I cannot buy a replacement periodontal tip without buying a whole set of tips for about $20. I only use the one kind. If I had researched better and knew that before I would not have purchased this item.
