Beautiful product
This was a gift. It's surpassed expectations. Such excellent quality. The gloves are a brilliant addition, as it makes handling the product without it getting covered in hand prints.The assembly was very easy, no issues with the fitting either.The light is bright and the effect on the crystals is just beautiful.Overall I would highly recommend this to anyone thatlikes the design.

Appalling design
Without a doubt the worst designed fitting I've ever encountered, protective layer over the stainless steel is a nightmare to remove as the light comes assembled. The are about 200 razor sharp barbs that hold the gems on. There is no chain to hold the light up whilst wiring it up. The light is heavy and difficult to line up the 4 bolt holes and then fit the knurled nuts between all the barbs. Those giving 5 stars clearly didn't fit it themselves.

Beautiful chandelier, but beware of hardwork to put the glassbeads
Beautiful chandelier, perfect size and exactly what we wanted. Only issue is fitting the glass beads, this is tricky and need some patience. With help of my Mrs, I managed to put the beads in an hour, but outcome is excellent. Please beware of this before you buy this product. Need twisters to push the glassbeads into tiny holes on glass panel, around 25 of them. If they come with fitted would be better, Otherwise it's good product.
