Good product, timely

It def did do the job , “ TMI “ but … it helped the bowls I recommend taking 2-3 and drinking a lot of water .

This stuff smells fresh... and my experience with olive leaf is that it works great. I like this one for daily use. It says two a day but I can do one and then have a second one if I want an immune boost, or for energy. I don't like to take it before bed because I have too much energy, kind of like an energy drink to me. Love it in the morning. Bottle says to take it with food and water. I have taken it without, and it doesn't cause any problems, maybe a few olive leafy burps but no big deal. If I am sick or want to fight a bug/cold/itchies/whatever I will use the Super Strength 750mg with 20% oleuroperin which I also get from Amazon. So I have two bottles of different strengths of Olive Leaf so I can do whatever dosage I feel necessary. But I don't like to go without it, it's helped me through colds and allergies already and I've only used it for a couple of months. I will stay with Swanson Herbs because it is the best quality and the best price. You really know what you are getting and it really works.

Update: Swanson reached out to me and offered a refund because of the trouble I was having with swallowing these pills. I was surprised. It's nice they care about customer satisfaction. I added an extra star for their good customer service. I'll be looking for Swanson supplements in the future. My suggestion for these though would be to cut the size of these large capsules in half and have us take two.Original review: I've only been taking it for a week so I can't comment on any health benefits yet. I haven't had any negative side effects so far. But one thing I definitely don't like about these is they're hard to swallow. I know other reviews have said it's not a problem swallowing these but for me it is. These capsules are pretty large and don't seem to get slippery when wet. They don't seem to want to flow with the water to the back of my throat. They just sit on my tongue. I have to drink a whole mouthful of water and then gulp it down in order to get these down my throat. I haven't experienced that before and I don't like it.Anyways I'll update this if I find these supplements are doing some good or not but I'm not impressed with the capsules.

Exactly as advertised

I decided to purchase the supplements because since being in menopause my blood pressure had increased drastically. Even being on hrt it still hadn't changed much due to myhormones fluctuating. As a result of taking this supplement I've already noticed in days my systolic has decreased to normal ranges and I've seen my diastolic decrease to a normal range (I take my own BP daily at home). I take one capsule daily and that's it and these supplements truly work and have helped me.

These two pills are the same pills, one was from the bottle, the other from my pill sorter. Originally bought this to help lower my triglycerides which I haven’t rechecked yet since starting this product. However I place all of the supplements and pills I take into a weekly pill sorter, and it’s only for one week at a time and I’ve noticed the product on the inside of the pill casing has completely hardened, the bottle doesn’t say anything about storing in a dark place. I don’t leave my pill sorter in direct sunlight either so I’m not sure why it’s hardening.

Read positive reviews for olive leaf extract reducing blood pressure and wanted to give it a try. Systoilic was down 5 points this morning, first below 120 reading I've had. Yes, I check and record my bp every day. Good result for first use, sure hope it continues!
