Good, affordable source of B12
I have been using this product for ~2 years now. I rely on it everyday as a good source for a B12 supplement. I enjoy the flavor, and the tablet size is reasonable (price is reasonable as well). However, about half the time I have issues with getting it to dissolve. I realize that this will likely differ from person to person, but when this happens to me I usually just kick start the process by taking a small sip of water after it’s under my tongue. I’ll continue to use this as a part of my daily supplement routine.

Demasiado pequeñas las pastillas
Me las eh estado tomando pero vienen echa polvo casi la mayoría 😂 son demasiado pequeñas las pastillas 🤣 no sé si aran el efecto porque ni parece en una diminuta pastilla al día te funcione .hay que tener fe .
