Gold Series Reconstructing Hair Mask 6.0 fl oz

I have straight long hair that tends to be on the dry side. Whether it is damaged do to the sun, other hair products, blow drying or the winter indoor heat this condition helps keep my hair manageable. My hair often gets tangled towards the back of my neck when using winters scarfs and wearing jackets. This product helps to get those nasty knots out. I sometimes use this product on my damp hair to keep knots from forming as well as for any fly away hairs after blow drying. Women have approached me in public saying they love my hair and it is always because I had used this product that day. I am more than happy to share my little secret tip with them (-

I like this stuff a lot, it really works well. Leaves my long hair really soft! You don’t need much product, either, which is nice. Smells good too. I’m so often put off a product by the smell, and this is ok.

This hair mask was meh for me. I wasn’t impressed and I had high expectations. I love the Pantene Gold Series Moisture Boost line and wanted to try their other collections. For starters, this hair mask smells strong of artificial fragrance and it actually gave me a headache. I don’t mind scents, but this one was overwhelming for my senses. Though it smelt good, the scent definitely needs to be tones down. When I applied the hair mask, I noticed the ends of my hair started to feel brittle as if the mask wasn’t doing enough to moisturized and protect my naturally high porosity hair. The longer the mask sat on my hair, the dryer it felt. When I rinsed the mask out, my hair felt like I didn’t put a mask on it at all. The next wash day, I reread the instructions and tried using the steam in the shower to ensure my hair received the full benefit of the mask. I noticed no difference. I followed the instructions to a t and was disappointed in the end results. My curls looked limp and undefined. While I appreciated the squeeze top, and the reasonable price, I was not satisfied with this hair mask. I can’t recommend a product that says one thing and does another thing.

This line of products have really benefited my 4ab hair. I think it stopped the breakage, not a lot of hot comes out in the wash, and it has grown quite a bit. I use this with the gold series shampoo and conditioner

I gave this product three stars because the bottle is small, I do not feel like I’m getting my moneys worth, and the hair mask texture is not thick enough for me. It does not feel like a hair mask It feels more like a conditioner.

This mask really helps my hair! My hair has been damaged by using hot tools without heat protection and this is the best mask. The price is great and I find it works just as well (if not better!) Then salon brands.

I tried this Pantene conditioner. It’s okay, but I didn’t like it that much. It works, but it didn’t meet my expectations.
