Works! Stress levels have gone down as has any negative reactive emotional response time. With stress levels down, I've definitely noticed a curb in my appetite for snacking. Most of the snacking has been due to stress response, so this really does work. I pop one in the morning and that's it! Emotional queues while driving g, for example, have decreased so they do make me more chill. Haven't really noticed a change in my sleep quality so far, but I am a night owl so it's all good. I'll look at their other offerings since I want to lose weight and haven't seen enough pounds melt away yet. Item arrived on time and it was also packaged well.

These supplements are great!! I take one in the morning after a smoothie or light breakfast. I will eat a very small something around 1 or 2 & take another one. I eat a very small supper & am good to go till the next morning. They really do curb my appetite. Thorne is an excellent company. Doctors have told me THEY trust Thorne. I don't have much stress to deal with so I can't say much about that aspect. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

It actually works. It takes about 2 weeks to kick in but it works great!

This product has methyl-folate, which may not be good for some, considering what your methylation status is. Thorne products are good, but way overpriced. But again, the higher price is because of the methylfolate, but really, it's still overpriced.

This worked great, I noticed a slight difference in how I felt. However, I did notice some side effects such as headache, stomache, and irritability.
