This is the most well-thought and unique journal I have ever owned. So impressed with the level of detail and structure on each page and it really does help me make decisions in my day to day life. I’d highly recommend this product if, like me, you like to be inspired and organised on a daily basis. As a bonus it’s a great size for commuting!

As a person who can get muddled and wrapped up in my own thoughts when making decisions this book and its process definitely helped me overcome my issue. In my first try using it to practice on a task I'd been putting off for 7 days. I managed to get it done in 20minutes. The process helped me to identify what was getting in my way.I reccomend this to anyone who wants to improve their decision making process.

Loved this. Great size so it fits into my bag. Great prompts, enough space to write and I LOVED the quotes on every other page. Easy to understand instructions and a lovely colour! Would highly recommend!

Where was this journal when I was a kid?! The journal has helped me make a few tough decisions already. It helps you break down your decision into manageable chunks and adds structure to your argument, eventually helping you to a decision. Definitely recommend, especially for younger people.
