took me a little bit to figure out they're adjustable.

When I first tried these on, I was disappointed because I thought that they were too small. But they are adjustable, so you can make them longer. I suppose there is some slippage depending on various things like what size you adjusted them to, the angle you placed them on your head, how close up against the back of your head you have them, and the movement of your head and ears? But I found that slippage isn't a problem for me, that they stay put. One thing about ear warmers in general, not this particular one, is that I wish that they were more like headphones that you wear on the head - top down. These ear warmers make me look funny because they press my ears fat against the side of my head so I look like an earless guy with brown patches for ears. I really do like the color and material of these ear warmers. That's why I bought them. I didn't wear them on a really windy day, but I could just tell from wearing them outside on a cold day that they were effective against the cold and wind. I like how small and light they are and how the can fold up. I plan to just keep them in my winter jacket pocket for emergencies. Overall, I think that it is a good purchase and I am happy with them. I recommend them.
